About Camelia

I am a Hormone Health Educator dedicated to helping women with endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, and infertility understand the deeper root causes of these complex, systemic conditions. My mission is to guide women in becoming active participants in their healing journey by integrating science-backed education, with holistic practices that support the nervous system, strengthen immune resilience, and restore hormonal balance, the true foundations of sustainable healing.

My approach does not reject conventional medicine. Holistic medicine does not replace medical treatment, it embraces it, supports it, and enhances its outcomes. Medical interventions, including surgery, can be life-saving and necessary. In conditions like endometriosis, surgery can remove lesions and reduce suffering. But surgery is not the end of the healing process. It is often the first step. True healing continues afterward, at the level of the immune system, nervous system, gut, metabolism, and emotional body. Without addressing these underlying imbalances, symptoms often return.

This understanding is not only professional. It is deeply personal.

I have lived through the confusion and uncertainty that so many women experience. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2022, after years of silent symptoms that affected my body, my energy, and my quality of life. I have also personally experienced PCOS and uterine fibroids, conditions that disrupt hormonal balance, metabolism, fertility, and emotional wellbeing.

At one point, doctors told me that my chances of conceiving naturally were almost impossible. With endometriosis, PCOS, and fibroids, I was given almost no hope of becoming pregnant without medical intervention.

Yet, by supporting my body through targeted nutrition, nervous system regulation, detoxification, and holistic therapeutic practices, I conceived naturally, on the first try.

This experience transformed not only my life, but my purpose.

Because I realized that the body is not broken. It is intelligent. It is adaptive. And when supported correctly, it has an extraordinary capacity to restore balance.

Since then, I have helped many other women on their fertility journeys, women who had lost hope, who were told their chances were minimal, and who were able to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their systems, and improve their fertility and hormonal health.

My work is grounded in both science and lived experience. I am a Certified Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher, Certified Nutritionist, Personal Development Counselor, and trained in psychotherapy and holistic therapeutic approaches. I have practiced yoga for over 15 years, and my passion for holistic health, nutrition, and mind-body healing has been a lifelong path.

Through my work, I help women understand that hormonal conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, fibroids, and infertility are not isolated reproductive problems. They involve the immune system, the nervous system, gut health, detoxification pathways, inflammation, trauma, stress physiology, and metabolic balance.

When we support these systems, the body can shift from survival into healing.

Today, I share the tools, education, and strategies that empower women to move beyond symptom management and become active, informed, and empowered participants in their healing process. My work integrates modern scientific understanding with holistic therapeutic practices, helping women restore safety in their nervous system, resilience in their immune function, and harmony in their hormonal environment.

Because this path can feel overwhelming, and it was never meant to be walked alone. Together is better!
