Hi, I’m Camelia — Hormone health educator, certified nutritionist, and Yoga teacher. I guide women navigating endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, fibroids, and infertility toward lasting hormonal balance, symptom relief, and restored fertility through a deeply integrative, evidence-informed approach.
Bridging modern science with holistic medicine, I combine advanced nutrition, nervous system regulation, and root-cause healing to support the body’s innate capacity to rebalance, repair, and thrive.

Pain is common, but it is not normal!
You may have been told that surgery, hormonal suppression, or IVF are your only options.
If you’ve been told, “Pain is something you just have to live with,” hear this instead: your body was designed for balance, not constant distress. There is another way, a way that restores energy, steadies hormones, and allows you to move through life feeling strong, happy, and fully alive.
And if you’ve been told you cannot conceive naturally, don’t let that be the final word on your story. Many have stood where you stand, only to experience what once seemed impossible. What some call a miracle is often the result of hope, resilience, and the right support. With persistence and the right approach, new beginnings can become reality.
I understand. Because I have lived it.
I was diagnosed with endometriosis, PCOS, and uterine fibroids. At one point, doctors told me my chances of conceiving naturally were almost zero.
Yet by supporting my body through science-based nutrition, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing, I conceived naturally, on the first try.
And since then, I have helped many other women do the same.
Not because the body is broken. But because the body needs the right environment to heal.

Medical treatment is not the end of the healing journey — it’s often just the beginning.
Holistic medicine does not replace medical care. It embraces it.
Surgery can remove endometriosis lesions. Medical treatment can stabilize acute symptoms. But true healing continues beyond the operating room. Because endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, fibroids, and infertility are not only reproductive conditions.
They involve:
• the immune system
• the nervous system
• inflammation
• gut health
• detoxification pathways
• stress physiology
• hormonal signaling
If these systems remain dysregulated, symptoms often return.
This is where holistic and science-based support becomes essential. Not as an alternative. But as a powerful complement.

My approach integrates science, holistic medicine, and lived experience.
I combine:
• Evidence-based nutrition
• Nervous system regulation
• Hormone-supportive lifestyle protocols
• Gut and immune system support
• Trauma-informed healing approaches
• Fertility-supportive strategies
to help your body shift from survival into healing.
This approach supports women in:
- Reducing pain, inflammation, bloating, constipation, nausea, tiredness, and anxiety.
- Balancing hormones and supporting lighter, more manageable menstruation.
- Restoring ovulation and enhancing natural fertility.
- Reducing symptoms after surgery and preventing recurrence.
- Alleviating PMS and PMDD.
- Managing pain during intimacy and improving couple connection.
- Restoring energy at a cellular level.
- Reconnecting with your body, your self, and your vitality.
I know what it feels like to live with pain, uncertainty, and fear for your fertility. I know what it feels like to be told there is no solution. And I know what it feels like to reclaim your body.
I went from heavy menstrual bleeding that kept me bedridden to soft, embodied periods. From zero chances of conceiving to getting pregnant on the very first try. From extreme fatigue and bloating to feeling energized, light, and fully at home in my body.
And now, I help other women do the same. Not by replacing their medical care, but by supporting their biology, nervous system, and hormonal environment so their body can function at its best.

Imagine if you could:
• wake up without fear of pain;
• have lighter, peaceful periods — without PMS or PMDD;
• slowly release bloating and the persistent endo belly;
• restore healthy digestion — free from constipation or diarrhea;
• feel calm, safe, and emotionally regulated in your body;
• sleep deeply, without anxiety or insomnia;
• experience intimacy as something pleasurable again, instead of something you fear or avoid;
• support your fertility and trust your body again;
• understand exactly what your body needs to heal and thrive.
This kind of transformation doesn’t only change symptoms. It restores your relationship with your body. It restores your confidence, your femininity, your sense of safety. It restores couples. It restores lives.
This is possible. And you do not have to do it alone.
Whether you are preparing for surgery, recovering after surgery, trying to conceive, or simply seeking relief from symptoms, your body deserves support.
