Why to practice Yoga

Pain Management
Being a chronic disease, endometriosis`s symptoms can vary from person to person. Yet, Yoga can help to manage symptoms like pelvic pain, premenstrual syndrome, heavy menstruation, flatulance, bloating, constipation, back and leg pain etc.

Stress Reduction
Chronic stress can exacerbate symptoms of endometriosis but yoga promotes relaxation, improves flexibility and enhances overall well-being, potentially offering relief from some of the discomfort associated with endometriosis. The practice of Yoga includes mindfulness, meditation, deep breathing and realxation techniques, which can help manage the stress level.

Hormonal Balance
Yoga is a holistic practice that can contribute to overal well-being, including potential benefits for hormonal balance. Certain yoga poses along with meditation and deep breathing exercises, may help regulate the endocrine system and promote hormonal balance. Stress reduction through yoga is particularly relevant, as chronic stress can impact hormonal balance.
